When it comes to land acquisition and condominium development,  Millcreek can walk you through each step of the development process.

We specialize in all aspects of condominium development, from the beginning with Site plan review, product development, and insight into the market place.  Then, as part of the registration process, working with your legal team through the entire process, including review and consultation of preliminary condominium documentation for the disclosure package, drafting first year budgets, reviewing Declarations, By-laws, etc.  During the construction process, we conduct onsite inspections to further our understanding of the buildings and community and provide feedback to you the builder to help address any future concerns.  When the corporation is being registered, we begin our Condominium Management.  We help with PDI’s, arrange for turnover meetings, performance audits, condominium insurance, reserve fund planning, and liaise between unit owners and yourself.  Once the condominium has been registered, we work with you to satisfy any deficiencies noted in Performance Audits to help expedite the release of LC’s and development charges and help improve the value you provide to your customers.
